Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Switchboard platform. By accessing the service, your organization agrees to these terms on behalf of its authorized users.

If you are entering into these terms for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Switchboard routes requests to third-party AI models, applies organization-level governance and budgets, and provides usage and cost visibility. Availability of specific models depends on the underlying providers and your organization's configuration.

Your organization is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under its accounts. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party provider terms.

Switchboard charges a per-seat platform fee and passes through model token costs at provider rates with no markup. Fees are billed on the cycle described in your order. Token usage is metered and may vary month to month.

Models are operated by third-party providers under their own terms. Switchboard is not responsible for the outputs, availability, or data practices of those providers. Your use of any model is subject to that provider's terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; your organization is responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Switchboard's liability is limited as set out in your order or master agreement.

These terms remain in effect while your organization uses the service. Either party may terminate as described in your agreement. Upon termination, access ends and data is handled per the Privacy Policy and your retention settings.
